Cancellations and Amended Appointments
Cancellations and changes to appointments must be submitted 48 hours prior to appointment via email. Any cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.
If 100% customer satisfaction is not achieved we offer a 72hr guarantee and ensure an immediate rectification is provided.
We require a 50% deposit on booking and payment in full 72 hours prior to appointment.
Please note that deposits are non refundable.
